In the Kitchen

Nutrition is 80% of fitness results, so naturally we fitness folk spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I LOVE cooking, but I do not have the time to whip up some Julia Child on the daily.  So my recipe posts are most often quick-meals that are clean and delicious – here and there you will catch a fancy dish or treat.
