LiveFit @home – Phase 1: Day 12-14 REST

Rest days came in no soon a time! I had a piece to practice on the piano for Sunday so I had a little extra time to work on it!

Do you incorporate cheat meals in your weekly plan? I do and mine was Saturday…time to GUZZLE the H2O…sodium is nasty lady.

What else do I do on rest day? Play with this little booger. The other love of my life 🙂
