LiveFit Trainer

I will continue grouping my muscle groups this week, then next week I will use Jamie Eason’s currently in-session LiveFit Trainer.

The only difference is I will probably do some running every night or every other day just so I dont lose it, but technically they do not want you doing any cardio for the first month.  The reason I am violating their rule is because my goal is to be able to keep running throughout my pregnancy.

Food prep day is usually Sunday for me.
