Leg Blaster Workout

Worked out with the sis yesterday! This is what we did…The Schnitman sisters

Circuit 1 repeat 3 times

  • 30R jumping jacks with dumbbells (arms go out to the side)
  • 20R Ball leg curl (swiss ball)
  • Note: Repeat 3 times, no rest between exercises and no rest between sets

CORE: 2S Plank hold on swiss ball (1 minute=1S)

Circuit 2 repeat 3 times

  • 50R Jumps (start on top of tire, jump to center, jump back on top of tire.  You can do this with elevated platforms, make sure legs are approx 2 ft apart to really force you to open up and jump strong)
  • Lateral squats with theraband forward and backward (key is baby steps and stay deep)
  • jump rope (1 minute)
  • Note: Repeat 3 times, no rest between exercises and no rest between sets

CORE

  • 25R Single-leg jackknife sit-ups
  • 2S, 25R Plank twist on swiss ball (right then left=1R)
  • Note: 10 second rest between exercises

Circuit 3 repeat 2 times

  • 15R leg curls (55#)
  • 30R speed squats+10second hold I did not do this one because my knees are still suffering from tendinitis
  • Note: Repeat 2 times, no rest between exercises and no rest between sets

Finish Line: 3S Bike (1 minute at 100+RPM, level 7)  [rest between sets at level 7, 60-70RPM: 30 sec, 45 sec, 45 sec]
