The swiss ball for my abs
my goal is to do 4 sets of 15 by the next 6 week marker
Today I did 2 sets; 8 and 14. not bad.
Next I did 8 sets of the lateral squatting walk (6 steps to the right=1 set, repeat on other side). I did this 3 times (3×8 sets of 6 steps).
Lunch was a fresh roll of sushi from the deli in my building.
